Naga Live is committed to providing a safe and healthy social environment for its users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other relevant international standards. We proactively implement these Prevention Standards to protect minors from harm.
We employ technical measures combined with human review to require users to provide their date of birth during registration to identify underage users.
Users under 18 are categorized as "Minor Accounts." Their features, content visibility, and interaction permissions are systematically restricted and protected according to age groups (e.g., 13–15, 16–17).
We prohibit children under the age of 13 from registering for and using Naga Live.
Content Moderation: Utilize a dual-layer system of "AI Auto-Filtering + Human Moderation Team" to monitor and scan user-generated content (including live streams, images, text, and private message keywords) in real-time, filtering content that violates CSAE policies.
Feature Restrictions:
Reporting Mechanism: Provide prominent and easy-to-use reporting入口 at multiple touchpoints within the app, allowing users to report CSAE-related content or behavior with one click. Establish a dedicated channel for CSAE reports with 7x24 priority handling.
Deploy advanced CSAE content detection technologies, including hash-matching technology (e.g., collaboration with organizations like NCMEC) and AI image recognition, to proactively identify known and suspected CSAE material.
Maintain a dedicated Trust & Safety team responsible for handling all CSAE-related reports. Upon confirmation, immediate action will be taken, including but not limited to: permanent suspension of involved accounts, removal of violating content, preservation of evidence, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.
Establish cooperation and reporting procedures with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations (e.g., National Center for Missing & Exploited Children - NCMEC, INHOPE network).
Conduct mandatory CSAE recognition and handling procedure training for all employees, especially those in content moderation, safety, community operations, and development teams.
Training covers the forms of CSAE, legal consequences, internal reporting procedures, and how to handle related incidents with sensitivity and professionalism.
Educate users, particularly child users and their parents, about online safety within the app, clearly communicating the platform's zero-tolerance policy towards CSAE.
Provide resource links in the Safety Center or Help pages to direct users in need to local child protection hotlines or support organizations.
While fulfilling legal obligations to protect children, we strictly adhere to our Privacy Policy. We access and use user data only to the minimum extent necessary and as required by law for investigating and reporting CSAE incidents.
All information reported to law enforcement will follow due legal process.
We will regularly (at least annually) review and update these Prevention Standards to adapt to technological developments, legal changes, and best practices, continuously improving platform safety.
